No. Every product sell is made by hand with your bird's wellbeing & safety in mind.

How can I get a Play Gym without having the hassle with the shipping fees?
The best way to purchase a Play Gym or similar item from Sunny Hollow Aviaries (or ANYWHERE!) is to seek it out at a local Bird Fair or find a manufacterer that lives near you so you can inquire for a Pick-Up. That way you can pick it up, resulting in ZERO Shipping & Handling fees! We are scheduled to sell at the Brainerd, MN Bird Fair on April 27, 2008. Are your toys compatible with small animals?
Sure! You can use most of our products with small, furry friends such as Rats, Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Gerbils, Hamsters, etc. Toys that would work best for these fuzzy critters would be items found in the "Toy" section of our page, the Foraging Blocks and Snuggly Sleeper Bird Tents. I wouldn't suggest trying a Play Gym or T Stand with your small animal. :)

Can I request a special order item?
All special order requests are given thought, when we are asked nicely. :) We will work with you to design and create a product that you would like to see in our store.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges to ensure that all our products are free of diseases that may be transmitted from a bird to another bird via use of the same toy.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times will depend on the shipping method you've chosen. We prefer to ship USPS First Class mail, which is typically 2-5 business days, but will also ship priority, which is typically 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment received, no waiting around for items to "process" in our store, unless otherwise stated on the home page due to the item being out of stock. Play Gyms, however, we require 1 week for manufactering, since we do not keep Play Gyms in stock at all times.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please contact me ASAP via email (ShockTreat9@yahoo.com) with your order number. If the item has not yet shipped (We process & ship orders within 24 hours of payment recieved/cleared), and has been paid for; we will refund your money. If the item(s) have been shipped, we can no longer accept a return/exchange. For more information, please visit our Terms page.
